Lost my Destination Ping- please help

Hello fellow Austin Uber Drivers! On last Wednesday in the middle of the day my Request for pickup stopped showing the destination (ex: 12min north) and replaced it with how far to the rider for pickup. I don’t know how to get it back. My emails to Uber they denied this was happening to anyone else. I don’t see any other posts about it either. Can anyone help me? Am I being punished for something I did?

Sounds like you might have been on UberPro, check your rating >4.85, acceptance >85% and cancelation rate <4%. .

You must keep them at the minimum requirements, if not you lose your destination and time estimate.
