Is Uber still slowing down trips because of acceptance rate.

Uber rarely discusses internal matters, but back in the day, if your acceptance rate dropped.

They would play psychological tricks on drivers, remember having a 25% Acceptance Rate and being sideline for nearly an hour.

Now you don’t hear anything regarding the new Uber Rewards program which in my belief has a lot to do with:

Driver rating
Acceptance rate
Cancellation rate
Quality of their car
Distance to passenger

Why wouldn’t they slow down trips to you or give you those 1.5 mile long, 4.4 rating trips and there’s no such thing as Uber largely falling back on ‘distance to passenger’ criteria.
