My friend driving Lyft, he put in 30-35 hours for 130 rides. He earns about 1100-1400 a week

I make 2k or more every week, but in 65-70 hours, and that is app time. Not possible at less than 50 hours, no way. I have more than 10,000 trips. But I have never made 2k in 50 hours, not even a single time. Or maybe it is just me.

I drive 45 hours a week and my body feels like **** after the week is over. I can't imagine working 65/70 hours. I'd be a mess.

You gotta give up pool at least once every two weeks , it doesn’t seem like it but it takes a toll on the brain without sounding like a drama queen lol it’s mentally exhausting.

I can do 60 hours if I want to without any problems, I don’t because weekends are no good for me but I could easily do it.

Watch your diet. I drive 30 hours/week and work a 40 hour job and I am in pretty good shape. I’m 48 y.o. Seriously though, you gotta work out at least 3 hours/week, get some walking in, and have good diet that will keep weight down.

I do 65-70 every single week, I have been doing it non-stop, week after week. It is not a joke, it is exhausting. But I need money.

You mean you actually have a life on the weekends? That’s great. Sometimes it seems that drivers are working 6-7 days every week trying to catch that double bonus...that’s no way to live. I did 85 rides last weeks on top of my day job...after that I had no desire to drive today.

Wow how many miles per year are you driving?

I admire your dedication. But do take care of yourself.

No one here said yes? That's weird.

Alls im saying is that im making over $18/hr here in sf. I wonder why so many drivers come from all over the state. Driving 2-6 hrs to the city sure has to cost a lot each day. I wonder what % drivers live within 50 miles.

I wonder what the traffic will look like when gas is $5.75/gal. Rates will probably increase a good 10 cents per mile.

I wonder how much i would make in Sacramento.

I wish I can drive ... but my primary job won’t allow me to have a second job.
