That's unlikely ! There is a driver pic and car model with time stamp and angry people tend to complain while they are still full of angerI think pax can get confused on which trip they're complaining about. Just think, they're headed to a meeting and in a hurry, they catch an Uber back to the hotel, then another to the airport. Now they have free time and decide to complain about the one horrible ride they got. Very easy to pick the wrong one.
The problem is..Fuber wouldnt provide the time and date due to privacy issue when I asked to match it on what was recorded in dash camThis is why it's very important to have a web came and/or put on your voice recorder app on your phone to record when a pax is in the car. If Uber states you did something you have proof you did not etc..
Hmmmm...sumtin sumtin fishy goin on..looks like we received same complaint on same time frameAfter 10,000 trips I received my first report of a "disagreement" I had with a pax just last week too.
Nothing unusual had occurred and I received no more detail but offered dash cam video.

How did you find out ? Did they email you ? I was surprised last week when Uber contacted me about a trip they zeroed out .Interesting... 2.5 years of driving and just last week (Valentine's Day I believe) I received my first and only complaint claiming my driving was dangerous and unprofessional. Literally every trip I had last week I can remember pleasant convos w riders, especially V day eve.
The only thing that sticks out is a specific pothole I went over on San Jose due to the rain. I apologized for the shake up due to the roads & the passengers weren't the slightest bit alarmed. Could this be related to the phone bounce monitor? Or Uber Sabatoge??
I drive a Prius for gods sakes... How dangerous can it get?!!
