How would you rate

Picked up 3 people in the suburbs. All 3 of them were intoxicated. Made me make a pit stop. Left some trash in my car, but they gave $10 cash as a tip.

How would you have rated them?

5 initially, It could only b 1 later if I feel the need to retaliate but with tip it stays 5, they were drunk so most likely they didn't even realize they were leaving trash, stop was compensated for

5 star. 3 drunk people called a "cab" vice driving on the roads. Have you ever been drunk? The fact that they thought to tip (and well) tells me they aren't @@@@@@@@.

Today I had two sober people travelling from downtown DC to the burbs (far out Rockville). Asked to make a pit stop "en route". The pit stop added an extra 11 minutes to the trip and so far, no tip. (Fortunately, I picked up a 5 star couple on the way back in Rockville who were great to talk to and tipped well.)

5 star. $10 tip worth a quick pit stop and 10 seconds to pick up some trash imo.

I gave a 1 star to this girl today. I asked her how she was doing. She didn't answer. I arrived at her dest which was 4 blocks away and I asked her "is this ok?"

Her response with attitude "yeah w.e".....

That's easy, definitely 5 stars.

Now, what would you rate a pax that threw up in your car but they gave you $50 tip...in addition to cleaning fee

How about this. Note i went this far just to see how far they will go and i was in the mood to bend over...

1. Xl request and they got picked up in black suv
2. Waited almost 15 mins
3. Bachelorette party group from Nouvelle residential building in Tysons
4. Allowed champagne and glasses inside
5. Gave aux cord
6. Rushed in 495 express lanes
7. Escorted ladies to the door of the restaurant with umbrella as it just started raining
8. Cleaned spilled over champagne on the carpet
9. Gave them 5 stars while they were still inside so they can see hoping for tip
10. Got a big fat dong instead of tip

What would you do :-)

I didn't know that riders were rated until I joined this board. I never paid attention to drivers ratings either. If they were drinking and partying, I doubt they noticed the 5 stars. I would lower the rating for the 15 mins and spilled champagne with no tip. Kinda late to request a cleaning fee and it doesn't sound like it was bad.

Any tip of one dollar or better is an automatic five stars with one exception. If they make a mess in my car and the tip tendered does not compensate me adequately for the time spent cleaning up after what are alleged to be civilised adults, it is an automatic one star.

You mean that they left something from the bachelorette party in your car? I would have taken the thing inside and told them that they had forgotten something. Once I had handed over the toy, I would have thanked them for taking advantage of my good service and hospitality by spilling champagne in my car and not compensating me for the time that I spent cleaning up after what are alleged to be adults.

After that, I would have returned to the car, sent an e-Mail to Uber letting them know that the customers had been drinking in the car and I did not discover this until they were getting out. They spilled champagne, but I had to clean it up immediately so that the smell would not persist, so I can not send a photograph. Finally I would have requested a rating change to one star and that I not be assigned these customers again.

Do you drive? If so, what do you do when the application invites you to rate your customer when you complete your bookwork for the trip?

I found this board and started driving around the same time, hence the name. I always rated drivers as a rider, but didn't know that it was reciprocal.

If you have to ask this question, I don't know if you should be a driver. 5 Stars!
$10 tip is a good compensation for little time it takes to throw away some trash and make a pit stop. I normally have to take pit stops to pee, so that would have been one of the better trips for me.
