Summer weekends on the shore are always busy, but it's a bad idea to drive in areas you don't know very well, especially in an area that is sketchy like Atlantic City. Your call.
AC is a pain in the neck ... You need to know where to pick up and drop off at each casino or you will get scolded. This is especially true at borgata where you will probably get scolded anyway. There are a lot of serous attitudes. You need to know your way around. But if you know what you're doing and it's busy you can make a quick buck.

have been to the Borgata dozens of times for pick up and drop off and never once got "scolded" I have even sat at the valet after dropping someone off and waited for a ping and no one has bothered me. As long as you are not interfering w/ the flow of traffic they don't bother you. That being said I tend to only go there if I am dropping someone off and tend to only stay as long as I get pings. If no pings after 15-20 min, I head back home.
It's a goldmine in AC. Lots of rides .... Always a high surge .... And great tips from the high rollers. You need to
head down to AC as soon as possible !
