It's the parking situation, not the rent. If Uber can afford to hemorrhage billions then they can afford Hoboken. One of the employees told me back in July 4th that they were moving because of the traffic and parking

Makes you wonder why they moved there in the first place. Easy NYC access for the TLCS that infest NJ?
