I just got an O1 Visa, to work for a company. I have a Social Security Number that only allows me to work through that company, but I want to drive UBER. In a way, it´s not legal, but UBER does not care for that, as long as I have a SSN. The issue here will be when the taxes como, inmigration may find out. Any Suggestions???

Agree with Old Rocker. Typically, as a 1099 worker, you aren't issued any tax documents from the company unless you make more than $600 in a year with the same company. However, Uber policy is to send the tax document even if you made just $0.01. So you'll definitely get a tax doc from Uber even if you do just 1 trip.

Good luck!
