While I don't think this is so good for me personally, as I feel like it would result in a lot of short/minimum fares for single riders, you guys in the Prius and Fiesta might make out OK with it.

The good thing though is that at least someone is trying to find a way to work together and integrate these services into existing transportation options.

Yeah, they talk about the "last mile," or getting riders from the bus/train stops to their homes, and how that's hard for public transportation to fulfill. You're right as far as it being perfect for Priuses and the like. I would get killed doing $4 X rides all day long. (Let's see, I could do probably 4 an hour (4 x $2.40 = $9.60 - $4 gas = $5.60/hr), maybe 5 (5 x $2.40 = $12 - $5 gas = $7/hr). No thanks.

Its a sign that the other boards/agencies are starting to distance themseleves from the ptc-
My sedan sedan does 30 mpg- i like short rides turn n burn.
