Before Uber, cab drivers used to tell many stories, but the biggest three were (in ascending order)
1. How little they earn (to the Internal Revenue)
2. How much they earn (to everyone else)
3. How often they had a "close encounter of the best kind" with their female passengers. (to anyone who would listen and many who really did not want to).
Seriously though - The best way to treat this job is to enjoy the atmosphere. That doesn't mean that you have to get creepy- but unlike some other entry-level jobs, Uber allows you more freedom. If you can get into a good rhythm and enjoy your atmosphere, it's a lot easier to log on.
