Got new phone, how to update account?

Haven't logged into the Uber app for a while. And I have a new phone.

In a catch 22 situation.

I can't update my phone number without logging into the app or driver website.

I can't log into the app or driver website without first getting a verification text which will go to my old number.

Any advice, thanks?

Update: Thankfully I got the problem solved without calling support.

Managed to dig out my old phone. It's inactive, but connected it to WiFi and my Uber account was still logged in. So I managed to update my number from there and get a text to the new phone.
