I can answer that for you...no. Then you're a TNC and need rideshare insurance, which is $300 a month in Florida.

Most Uber drivers don't have "Rideshare" coverage. It never stopped anyone from driving for Uber.

It never stopped Uber from accepting them as partners, but I'm sure that a number of people thought the better of the idea of driving for Uber after they considered the insurance angle.
