Gas price adjustment

How do you contact Uber to ask them if they are going to adjust our rates upward because the cost of gas went up about 20 cents in the past week because of Hurricane Harvey??

I'd say go to the closest Uber office, light incense and chant for a kinder gentler Uber.

Rofl they are esentially a broker of rides and maintain a platform. They give 2 $sh!ts about what the price of gas does.

Your probably right but they could change rates with a couple dozen key strokes on an hourly basis if they wanted to.

They could, but have they ever done anything in the past to show us that they give a $h##? Except to give us only a certain amount and never more? For example look at the milage rates. Also that ridiculous hamster wheel of a power driver bonus. That's why I don't mess too much with Lyft because at least I can pick my poisen in fares with Uber. If at times they expect us to drive 10-20 min away for a $3.00 line or pool, why would they go out of their way to offset gas prices?
I wish this wasn't the case, but right now I'm making my assessment from the available data.
