Friday the 13th - yes or no to driving?

First off, I'm not superstitious, but I understand that some people are.

I was considering going out tomorrow to drive between 7am and 11am.

How has business been on previous Friday the 13ths? Was it slow or was business good? It was slow this morning so I'm wondering if I should just wait until Saturday when it gets busier in my area.

All the more reason to drive that day.

I wasn't driving in April, but my bet is that a superstitious person would lean more towards hiring us that day than on other Fridays.

Yeah, I know some of them might not go out at all. But I'd bet that they're not that scared. Just enough to not drive themselves.

Anyhow, I have a different commitment during the day tomorrow, but might saddle up in the evening for a time.

I went out for two hours this morning and made $62.20. I'm happy with that.
Dang. It used to be like that here, but it's slowed down a lot. I'm hoping tomorrow is going to be better since people around here usually do a lot of shopping or go downtown on the weekends. Downtown rides are between $20 and $30 each for me, but I have had that rare Saturday morning airport run before.

Worst thing that happened, I got a flat tire. But made $170 so far without seeing the city or airport.

I had a pax that was affected. He went to a brewery and decided to use their free parking while he went to another bar down the street. Upon return his car was locked in behind a large fence with 5 other cars. He decides to book an Embassy Suites and Uber there until Saturday. As I look at the location I ask him which Embassy Suites as we are headed toward Cracktown. Sure enough, he picked the wrong one and was surrounded by crackheads.
