Found this while cleaning my car, what is it? vape cartridge or illegal?

Actually, looking at now bigger on my computer screen, that's either a new or a very-little-used Juul cartridge. Someone's probably mildly upset they lost it because they are not cheap ($4-$6 each)

I had at least 3 pax ask me if they could use their "Juul" before I figured out what it was. I just always said yeah sure because I kinda figured vaping was what they were talking about but wasn't sure. Long as it's not menthols or weed.

It's 100% a Juul cartridge.

It's a very specific and proprietary design.

Most vape cartridges are round, there are only a few mainstream THC cartridges out there and all of them are circular/cylinder from the ones I saw in Las Vegas, Seattle and Denver trips I've taken recently.

You consented to a search of your vehicle?
Seriously, I thought the same thing.
Or, more along the lines of "cops had a search warrant? or a dog alert?"

"No, officer, I do not consent to a search of my car or my person. Am I under arrest, or can I go now?"

Anybody, but especially anybody that allows dozens of strangers in their car every day, should never, ever give permission to do a search.

That thing could be filled with anything but it fits on the juul. I had a cartridge left in my car and was rewarded handsomely for the return.

He told me he didn't need consent after the drug dog alerted. I wasn't going to go to jail to prove a point.
All you do in this case is reiterate that they do not have consent. You cant stop them, dont try to physically stop them but do not just go "out well then go ahead and do it" always deny consent even as they search anyways. It'll benefit you more in court one way or another.

Never give consent, ever.

I didn't give consent. But if a cop orders me to step out of the car I'm stepping out of the car.

I've seen too many Cops episodes to know that it never turns out well for the driver.

Like I said, I'm not going to jail to prove a point.

Always follow orders. If the order is illegal, take them to court. The side of the road is not court .

If they told me to step out of my vehicle, strip naked and rub peanut butter all over my body, I would do it happily knowing i was gonna get paaaaaaid.
