Fedex's Delivery Bot

Fed ex ground is private... you can buy routes from other owners, fed ex must approve ... but fed ex now wants owners to have more than 1 route, so they are kinda forcing them to sell single routes to owners that have multiple routes
Owners don't pay the drivers much..sometimes way lower than U/l drivers. Owner of the route responsible for truck expenses and driver pay. FedEx is like Uber/Lyft when it comes to fed ex ground

That is not technically correct. It is not "private"

FedEx Ground (formerly Roadway Package Services or RPS) uses independent contracts under exclusive contract which is very detailed for both local deliveries and terminal to terminal movements.

The biggest difference is that the FedEx Ground IC contract stipulates the type and look of the power equipment as well as it is exclusive, meaning the contacted equipment can not be used for other purposes during the term of the contract as well as area served.
