When I registered for Uber I had to go with my wife's '08 PT Cruiser even though my '04 Pacifica is much nicer for both me and passengers. What are the risks of driving the Pacifica anyway? Seems obvious that Uber's insurance wouldnt cover anything, but would they deactivate me immediately (assuming a rider reported me, of course)?

Bad idea. Pax gets a photo of your car. They will be looking for the wrong car and likely complain. Some markets go back to 2000 now. Keep an eye on yours they may change the year requirement allowing your car.

UBER will email you that a serious safety issue has occurred. Expect deactivation shortly. Don't do it , but if you want to try stick to late nights when the bars close. Drunk Idiots will jump in and won't even know the difference.
