This is the mentality typical of all of them: FeePay, Fubar, Gryft, amazondotcom. They make all the rules; you have no input; you have no recourse; the proverbial playing field is tilted heavily against the provider; everything is done at the maximum inconvenience of the provider (merchants/drivers, in these cases).

Amazondotcom treated this guy just as I would expect Fubar, Gryft to treat its drivers or FeePay to treat its sellers.
