Greyhound Transportation refused an alleged "service dog" fare, then passed their problem on to Lyft.

I knew right away, by the dog's behavior, it was not legitimate, and the handler was clearly attached to her pet, and told me the story how her boyfriend kicked her out and she is homeless.

1hr 40 minute trip, and the dog shedded hair all over my back seat. I don't think the dog ever went on the floor. Moreover, the dog sniffed my head as I drove, and licked my neck.

    *****

After dropoff, I pulled into a gas station, got photos and called Lyft, then told somebody with a Spanish accent the story. She shot me an email, I replied with the story again with the photos.

10 minutes later, $50.00 was added to my account.

Fake service dog pays at the expense of Greyhound.

Let me guess, was the dog a greyhound?

No, it was at the bus station.

That's a lot of hair.....nice take of $50 on a vacuum clean also.

You'll get everything off the seat with a lint roller - much more effective than a vacuum when it comes to dog hair.

Just a helpful hint from your local Los Angeles dog-as-pax loving driver.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I wish ALl my pax were of the canine persuasion!

It's only fair. What kind of person doesn't see that their dog is shedding and try to control the severity of the mess by keeping the dog between her legs on the floorboard. That paxhole deserved to pay every penny homeless or not.

It cost a dollar in quarters, and a blast of Ozium.

She was fairly trashy with unkempt multi-colored hair. No luggage to hold all her stuff, falling from her arms. The dog was her pet, that she lied to keep it with her where ever she went. Probably slept with it too.

Handheld vac with a power brush is tops for dog hair.

Wrong! Packing tape. Only $1 per roll at Dollar Tree and works wonders for picking up pet hair.
