Greyhound Transportation refused an alleged "service dog" fare, then passed their problem on to Lyft. I knew right away, by the dog's behavior, it was not legitimate, and the handler was clearly attached to her pet, and told me the story how her boyfriend kicked her out and she is homeless. 1hr 40 minute trip, and the dog shedded hair all over my back seat. I don't think the dog ever went on the floor. Moreover, the dog sniffed my head as I drove, and licked my neck. ***** After dropoff, I pulled into a gas station, got photos and called Lyft, then told somebody with a Spanish accent the story. She shot me an email, I replied with the story again with the photos. 10 minutes later, $50.00 was added to my account. Fake service dog pays at the expense of Greyhound.
