Car vacuum cleaner

Tired of taking my vacuum cleaner to the garage to vacuum the car.

Looking for a vacuum easy to use, can keep in the car and that has a bit of suction.

Budget $10 to $100

Options I've seen so far:
- $12 from Kmart: http://www.kmart.com.au/product/wet-and-dry-vacuum-cleaner/747807
- $35 from Supercheapauto: http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/Product/Hoover-CarVac-Vacuum-Dry-12-Volt/131098?menuFrom=1021758
- $99 from Harvey Norman: http://www.harveynorman.com.au/vacuum-laundry-appliances/vacuum-cleaners/black-decker-21-6wh-lithium-dustbuster-hand-held-vacuum.html

Do you guys have any suggestion?
Anyone here has the Kmart one?

Have used the KMart vac; it is in the bin! Waste of money

The B&D from Harvey Norman bought about 4 months ago - BEST investment made.

The only half decent one on that list is the Dustbuster..

This is similar to mine and its only $109

Get it while you can, it's a really good price..

I use my dyson v6 slimline stick....
:eek::eek: way out the budget, around $400

Is it the same one you bought? http://www.harveynorman.com.au/vacu...-6wh-lithium-dustbuster-hand-held-vacuum.html
Can you charge in the car? How can you reach places hard to reach, like under the seat?

I recommend the car wash vacuum.. less than $50 u can vacuum ur car
The one from Supercheapauto? Do you have one?

Same questions: can you charge in the car? How can you reach places hard to reach, like under the seat?
Btw, a lot of fake stuff on gumtree and ebay. I would only buy from well know online shops.

I can charge mine in my car, yes. But I have an inverter installed in my car

This one plugs into your cigarette lighter slot, but it's only 12v.

Like Tony, I too have an iverter.

Bought it from Harvey Norman. Mine came with a brush and crevice tool.

Even the one Tony posted from Supercheap have used, another great vacuum. Used it in past (before the new one bought) but due to my own stupidity had left it under the wheel of car.....say no more!

TONY-T if you had to choose between the Black and Decker or Dyson and money was no issue, which would you choose?
If the Dyson had a extendable flexible hose and handle I'd choose the Dyson. But as is, I'll go with the Black & Decker because the flexi handle and hose can get to the hard to reach places..

I have 2 of them

I use a wet microfibre cloth and bucket of water. It's much faster than a vacuum and saves me the hassle of trying to run a power cable to the garage.

Thought about getting a cordless vac at the start but the microfibre works so well I didn't need one. The bonus is it also lifts up mud stains and leaves the carpets looking much fresher.

I use dyson stick because I can use it at home as well .....

As Tony-t mentioned the downside is that doesn't have a hose extension for hard to get to places...
