Except it is incomplete and because of that, a crock of doo doo.

Anyone can order an Uber car at LAX......any licensed car.

This lack of research by these writers is what has happened to most of our media, and why no one knows what is happening in any situation.

What they CAN'T order, at the moment, is a privately owned car used as a "rideshare" taxi.
