Doesn't make sense why they aren't spearheading this nation wide. They're an amazing company. Must be state legislation or something.

Follow up, yes. USAA was very helpful when I called them. When each state passes legislation regarding period one, they then tailor the policies for the state. For those like Florida without legislation, they still cover a Rideshare driver for about 30 bucks a month. If you can get USAA, call them. They are very Rideshare friendly. Period.
