A valiant effort. Firstly, the footage doesnt show what happened before the fight broke out.
Secondly, after interviewing both drivers, the Taxi driver was released from bail without charge. This shows that the Uber driver was as much to blame for the incident as the taxi driver. As usual, I am supplying a link to back up my comments.I bet all your old school reports had "must try harder" written on them.

The Black Cab Driver was arrested on suspicion for assault, witnesses saw the angry black cab driver assaulting the other driver.

From your link:

The video shows the Uber driver being repeatedly punched in the face by another motorist - described by a witness as a black cab driver - in the apparent road rage clash.

The Uber driver is then pushed towards the side of his car and hit several times by the other man, who is dressed in grey and black.

The violence - which left the Uber driver with facial injuries -

A 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault but faces no further action.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: 'Officers attended and a 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault.

'A 49-year-old man received facial injuries. Both men were treated at a central London hospital for their injuries which were not serious.

'The 34-year-old was taken to a central London police station and subsequently released on police bail. He has since answered bail and been released with no further action.'

Clearly the Police arrested the Black Cab Driver and luckily for him the Uber driver did not want to press charges.

Nice of the Uber driver not to press charges against this violent Black Cab driver.

Clearly you have no idea about what happened. You were not there. You didnt see any of the evidence. You didnt see the interviews carried out by the police. You dont know why the Uber driver didnt press charges. And you are just talking rubbish and surmising without a single shred of evidence to back up your rubbish posts yet again. The police were there and after considering the evidence decided that there was no case to answer. And whether you like it or not, those are the facts. I hope this helps.

Read the comments from witnesses, ask your buddy to help you understand.

I am rather glad the Uber driver let off the Black Cabber he felt sorry for.

No need to stoop to the level of angry, bitter and violent BCs.

Comments on a newspaper are bullshit. They hold as much weight as comments from idiots like you on here. Witness statements taken by the police are what matters. And the police said no further action.

This black cab driver was previously a yellow badge, my dad's mate, even he had a fight with him few years ago.

The black driver is still driving around with has badge as the uber driver dropped the charges.

Oh these witnesses were sober, unlike your sister in the other thread; who hasn't a clue what happened.

The video backs up the witnesses comments.

The evidence shows the Black Cab Driver was violently angry.

Luckily for him the Uber driver was so kind not to press charges.

This shows where your anger, bitterness and frustration can lead you. Please be careful.

Please read this several times so that it sinks in.
If there was any case to answer, the police and the Crown Prosecution Service would have charged him either way. Now please stop repeating yourself.

A very high possibility. Maybe his immigration status was a bit dodgy. Or his tax affairs. Or work permit.
Gotta love the irony here. First post about dont make assumptions etc. Second post brown nosing Dunphy with "a very high possibility".
