I understood we earned a higher rate (+6%) for Diamond status. Uber Diamond support confirmed this.

After checking all my trips...ZERO compensation!!

Allegedly I will be repaid within 48 hrs!

The program is only in test phase so I’m guessing you get to enjoy all the bugs. I am not part of the test group but I hope they decide to roll it forward after the test phase. Right now I feel I’m better off without it based on all the issues you’re having.

What the hell are you talking about!?
What I meant was if your expectations of Uber was for them to do something beneficial to you then you will likely be disappointed. Often.

Like when they changed the rates. Uber said it’s beneficial to us because we will have more consistent earnings. = disappointment.

I hope this clears up any confusion you have about what I’m talking about. It’s really not that hard to figure that out for yourself.
