App issues

I tried to change phone numbers this afternoon because I have a new phone. All I can get after that is the app wanting me to sign up as a new driver. Lyft support is back and forth with emails that dont advance the issue.

Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Why didn't you take your number with you?
No, I just loaded the app, signed in, then changed the number in the settings and it texted me to verify.. and that was it. (although I did have the phone with the original number to answer a text if it wanted me to verify using the old number for the first log in... but I honestly do not remember.
Perhaps you should go online and use a browser to log in. it may offer other ways to verify that it is you.
