My top 2 badges are "Excellent service" and "Great conversation"

I've never gotten a single of these badges: "Awesome music" - i typically either play 99.9 very quietly, literally at 10% of volume or less on the background or silence instead.

and "Great amenities", since I offer none. lol.

Are you missing any?

The only one I'm missing is "Great Amenities", and I'm proud of it. :smiles:

My top two are "Excellent Service" and "Expert Navigation".

Missing 2 - cool car (understandably true as I drive a family van) and entertaining driver. What do I need to do get the entertaining badge? I have been cracking jokes that most passengers laugh to. Is there anything else I need to do? Sing perhaps (with an on board karaoke machine)? Or do an acrobatic dance move while on the road :-).

It's not just Uber, many companies have badges, rewards, perks etc in place to con their people into performing without having to give them any additional monetary compensation.
It's called "corporate culture", aka brainwashing.

Thanks for sharing!

Everyone should see this

But is this really such a surprise? ... Don't drivers see that after a week or so of driving that all that stuff are just gimmicks? I mean, even this article says, same stuff has been used to make people purchase items... this is same thing, but geared towards workforce.
