What do you guys Do? Do you drive back home or do you park in the area and wait for more pick ups? I usually drive back to my home area. What do you guys recommend?

Keep your app. on and see if you get another ride request. You can drive toward your home area with your app. on and I'm sure you'll receive a ride request en route.

I always keep it on, but sometimes when I drive long distances I won't get a request till I'm almost in my home area. Usually drive back over 15 + miles at times

When I get a ride 20+ minutes from my home base, I chill there after drop off with hope of a return fare. Usually give it 10-20 minutes. During this time I'll check my car, do some spot cleaning, get a soda, but mainly just veg. Sometimes I'll get a ride back to home base right away, sometimes I'll get several pings in the new area and just take care of business right there for a while! Its a rich tapestry.

Depends on what or where I drop off.

If it is an area and a time that I know that there will be mostly Uber Stool requests, I get out quickly.

If it is an area where I simply do not want to work, I get out.

If it is an area where I want to work, I park and wait.

I do not chase surges. The exception would be that if I am a couple of blocks outside a surge zone, I will head there, but, other than that, I will not chase a surge.

My suggestion, depending on ur area is, if u want to head home, do so but don't use the expressway. I have found this works well for me. Not only do u become familiar with the area but u also stand a better chance of getting local requests.

It's easy to get stuck in the 'hood staying at the drop off area, on the other hand, sometimes there's a 'hood surge.

I go wherever my trips take me and hang around. I like the unpredictable adventure of ending up all over the valley. Well, except when my car broke down in the hood at 1 AM a few weeks ago.

I wait and list items on eBay.. Usually I get ping right when I'm about to list second item.. Some wise forum member taught me the importance of ABC (always be compensated).. If I still don't get the ping after 20 minutes or so, I return to base sad faced like a casino goer.
