Account (de)activation

My account has been deactivated after the car inspection has expired,after what I completed it,uploaded the vehicle inspection form on my uber profile and still cannot go online. How long does it take to activate the account? Thx

Your account wasn't deactivated -- your vehicle expired. There's a difference.

As with almost all things Uberlyft, it depends on the staff in your particular market.

Email and attach the document and ask to have it sent to the people who can fix it. Tell them you have uploaded it. The first canned email will be directions on how to upload it. Keep pointing out you have.

I just keep replying it is uploaded please get me back online. Also I try to time this for when I'm not working a couple days.

Plus if you upload the new stuff too far ahead they sometimes still deactivate you.

Their tech is crap.

That's true,but when I try to log in to the uber partner app,it tells me that the account has not been activated.

I am not clear. Does your vehicle now have an inspection sticker that is up to date?

If it is, try this. . .
1. Sign into account.

2 See the three lines in L.upper corner? Click on them.

3. You should now have a pic and a menu. Click on HELP.

4."How can we help?" Click on VEHICLES at the bottom.

5. VEHICLES. Click on "Update vehicle documents" and go from there to update your inspection sticker.

It seems to taketake about 5 days to activate a new person after applying. This is when the background check is being done.

Thanks for info.....but,I'm not a new driver,being with uber since April....at the end of August my vehicle inspection expired as well as my insurance ,finally I did my car inspection today and uploaded all insurance documentation on my uber profile which now shows everything is active but still getting message that my driver account has not been activated when trying to go online.
