You say it is Addison Lee spec?

Only Addison Lee could order that spec as it a specific spec.

Or do you mean it is Black with an Autobox?

Clearly a Zetec or Titanium is more desirable to many that an Addsion Lee spec one.

If it is an ex Addison Lee one you are a bit to expensive.

Addison Lee spec meaning it is an ex Addison Lee.
I don't see how it's expensive seeing as mine is the next cheapest after all the current ones that AdLee are selling.

Also my mileage is 34,000 less than AdLee's most expensive 12 reg. currently for sale. Everyone knows that is a years worth of driving.

Find me an auto zetec or titanium with the same or less mileage than mine for under £12K. Also why bother spending another £2.5K for alloys and climate control when it does the same job.

You personally have always advised on this forum for new PH driver's to go for ex AdLee vehicles.

You are misunderstanding my post.

You are a private sale so you can't sell for the same price as a business that gives protection under Sale of Goods Act.

I have never recommended buying an ex AddLee vehicle from a 3rd party but have recommended buying direct from AddLee.

If you want to advertise it for £20k you are free to do so, but that wouldn't change the fact that you are pricing it too high.

If you sold it and 2weeks later the gearbox goes bang are you going to fix it?

AddLeeCarSales would have to as they are a business covered by SoGA.

Ever heard of the phrase "constructive criticism" ??

Simply put you need to be cheaper than AddLee or you will struggle to sell.

You are selling a PHV and any purchase decision is financially based.

10k miles one way or the other is not a huge issue, length of PH vehicle Lic, MOT, tyres etc is though.

You will get a quicker sale if you price it in the mid to high 8's

Gosh, what a truly helpful post...

You don't see the "type" of behaviour often, do you?
