Announcing destination 5 minutes out to riders

It has been my experience that when I have Pools or other riders I give them a five minute arrival warning, customers tend to be very thankful. What do yo think? Early warning or not? I also warn them if they are on the phone and a long tunnel is coming and I know cell signal will drop.

Time out for not accepting rides?

In Connecticut, drivers have been suspended temporarily for not accepting pings. This suspension lasts 2 to 10 minutes at a time. Uber had been texting, emailing, and even calling drivers to let them know their account was flagged. Anyone in any other market experience this in the past or...
