    No Tip = Lower Rating

    What do you think of only giving a 5 rating to riders who tip? No Tip means 4 rating maximum. If this became a general practice, known to riders would PAX be "encouraged" to tip more frequently?

    Lyft pax crack me up.

    Keep in mind: I use Uber and Lyft within the same day and never accept Lyft Line or 10+ min away requests. I also opt down into UberX for surges. Oddly enough, I've never gotten any complaints from Uber pax during the same time period... Now I can really relate to some of the criticisms...

    Non 5 star riders more motivated

    I can give perfect rides all day long and no ratings. One minor error like a rider misplaced a pin and you can bet you'll get a non 5 star rating. Seems riders who give negative ratings are more motivated then those who would likely hand out a five star. Maybe some ki d of incentive to...
