Am I the only one having this problem or just the one that noticed Uber shaving mileage from trips?

Yep. & $o Far - $150ish later- it's been worth it. I keep it only so long as i need to submit the fare dispute before deletion. It's gone on so long i have my own copy-&- paste templates i use that incorporate every prerequisite i've already adhered to when support says i did or did not do...

    What does customer see

The "order not ready" is irrelevant to the "customer." I think it's more for Uber to calculate wait times. SPEAKING OF! Everyone know about the "extended wait time compensation"? Times vary by city but after 15 minutes in my city I can submit the info to Uber & it's an extra $5. Comes in handy...
