  • did you grab an Elgin today at 12:30 or 1? I have 12:30 there. If would like to get together a few minutes ahead, let me know if that works.
Is there a way to know when an Amazon Flex location, whether Mundelein/Elgin/Lisle or whatever is going to release the opportunities for the week? Do they do it on Saturday for the coming week or another day? If a particular day, do they do it at some part of that day: first thing 9am, morning/afternoon, or ?

They occasionally get into patterns but usually not. They release them when they want, there's no schedule.
Is there a way to know if Amazon flex blocks are available and surging in an area if you already have a block at base rate at that time? I hate to let something good go as far as time if nothing is available.

Only by having contact with other drivers and sharing information. It's hard because it's real time so you have to be confident that the routes are still available when you are told there are surge routes.
Hi WestBurbsMac, I’m Michael. I’m looking for someone who know the surroundings of Chicago? I mean, do you know which parts of the city are safe and which one better to avoid ( which streets can be risky - something bad can happen to me when I walk on the street especially after dark)? Could we make a short talk?
I second what juicer has posted.
I've read quite a few threads and you seem to Get It more than anyone.

The posts that you make here would indicate that you are one of the few that actually get what ridesharing (and making money from it) is all about. There's no conspiracy against drivers or "screwing" of drivers by the rideshare companies. The key is to keep passengers in your car. Keep up the good fight. Thanks.
