I have never planned to do Rideshare. I was dragged into it because of some Uber lady wants to earn some referral bonus. My first day with UberX went off to a bad start as they only paid $2.88 per trip for most if not all trips and I realized it later that their app was built on [Garbage in, Garbage out] basis as we learnt since Vacuum Tube was used in switching circuit. I did refresh my commercial driving skill from some 45 years ago though. I had shared more than 400+ rides, 8300 Miles in 27 days. 370 hours online to gross a payout of over $4,000.00. I should not complain even I was at 28% cut(72% payout of net fare @$0.70/mile) I enjoy the opportunity to alpha or beta test their App. as product test engineering is/was part of my job in some of the top named high tech companies in Texas and Silicon valley. Was also a registered rep on NASD system before the FINRA was introduced.

There is this due diligence we have to follow, not just Uber's un-audit earning report, forecast, biz plan or risk disclosure. What I discovered is like one man's opinion, you can take it for what ever purpose except rely on it as investment advice as there is no client-adviser relationship established. Long or short this baby at your own risk. That's my disclosure.
